City Palms rents as much as it sells — roughly two leases for every sale — so it moves faster than most downtown buildings, and inventory can be thin for weeks at a time. If nothing is listed when you look, it is worth setting an alert rather than checking back.

Clematis Street, the waterfront and the Brightline station are all a short walk, which is how the building earns a Walk Score of 96. Palm Beach Island is two bridges away, and PBI airport is about eight minutes by car.
